Warranty Information

As part of the Snakehive Guarantee, all Snakehive leather phone cases and Essential Collection products purchased directly from Snakehive are eligible for a twelve-month manufacturing warranty from date of original purchase to offer you extra peace of mind. 

We offer a six-month manufacturing warranty on our Apple Watch Straps and Apple Air Tag Cases from date of original purchase.

We do not offer a manufacturing warranty on our Almost Perfect products or on our tempered glass screen protectors.

Our warranty covers your order from the original date of purchase under the following conditions:
1. Any defect due to a genuine manufacturing fault causing the case to become unfit for purpose.
2. You are the original purchaser of a product from the Snakehive website. (Email order confirmation required)
3. Radstow Group Ltd (Snakehive) is still actively trading in the UK.


Conditions under which warranty is not valid:
1. General wear and tear.
2. Accidental damage, including misuse and improper care taken with the product.
3. Alterations made to the product or repair work made by purchaser or third party.

If you have been issued a replacement product under warranty, the replacement will not be covered by the warranty unless you are claiming within 6 or 12 months of the original purchase date, depending on the product that you have ordered as stated above. The warranty covers your order from the original date of purchase only. 

To claim under warranty, please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.uk with your order details and photographic evidence of the manufacturing fault. It may be necessary to return the case to us for inspection. If the warranty is deemed valid, we will send out an identical replacement product within 5 working days.

Our products offer a great level of protection for your device. Our products are durable but not accident or damage proof. Avoid storing your product or using your case alongside sharp objects. Keep your product away from any fires, heat and where possible, direct sunlight.

Snakehive will not be liable or responsible for any incidental, indirect or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.

Extended Two Year Warranty:

Extended two year warranty applies to the following products only, purchased directly from Snakehive or via our official selling channels on Amazon, Etsy or Ebay:

    • Any future orders of the above listed products using the same email address used to register your original warranty will also be covered under our extended two year warranty. Please contact us if you have any enquiries regarding sales@snakehive.co.uk​
    • The two year warranty will only be valid once you have received a warranty confirmation email from us. If you have not received this email within seven days of filling out this form, please contact our customer care team sales@snakehive.co.uk​
    • Your product warranty is registered directly with us, Snakehive, the manufacturer, and not with any other selling channel such as Amazon, Etsy or Ebay. Please contact us directly with any warranty sales@snakehive.co.uk ​
    • If you have been issued a replacement product under warranty, the replacement will not be covered by the 24 month warranty unless you are claiming within 24 months of the original purchase date. The 24 month warranty covers your order from the original date of purchase only. 
    The warranty covers your product purchase under the following conditions:​

    • Conditions under which the warranty is not valid:​
    1. General wear and tear, including any marks and stains.​
    2. Accidental damage, including misuse and improper care taken with the product. Damage caused by poor storage, solvents, animals, exposure to extreme temperatures or natural phenomena.
    3. Alterations made to the product or repair work made by purchaser or third party.​
    • To claim under warranty, please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.ukwith your order details and photographic evidence of the manufacturing fault. It may be necessary to return the case to us for inspection. If the warranty is deemed valid, we will send out an identical replacement product within 5 working days
